Dear Sir, First of all, I would like to say that biology was the most boring subject for me, actually because of the school education and the extra education just gave the printed note as it is in the resource book and thoroughly asked to memorize every single thing in the note, but I wanted biology study materials in the book to learn interestingly. As a result, I thought to try out your sessions even though you're a student who has been selected for medicine with higher results. So after that It was like so convenient to learn biology because you're using so many easy and colourful diagrams to explain the theory parts that are a little bit complex to understand at once and I'm so thankful for teaching us the way to think logically even in biology which matters a lot and showing us how to study the things learnt. I'm really glad for having the opportunity to be able to learn under someone like Sethmika Sir mainly because himself being a student he has the ability to teach us everything and clear our doubts while also relating to the same situations we are facing as students and helping us to overcome them. Sethmika Sir would tell us study methods that worked for him hoping so that we can also do succeed in the exams. I highly recommend sethmika aiyas class because he always gives a plan and he works according it, covering the syllabus on time and always he teaches the lesson and also he does the related questions which had come in the past A/L papers from that particular part of the lesson which gives us an idea about the A/L paper questions in which how the theory we lernt is being asked in questions. And also he always points out more important points in the lesson so that we could pay much of an attention on it. I am Sethmika Hemachandra. In 2023, I completed my A/Ls and secured the Colombo district 9th position (Island 47th) in the Biology Stream. As a student, I've noticed that A/L Biology is a subject disliked by most students, myself included at the beginning. This is because it's often taught in a way that requires a large amount of fact memorizing. However, as I learned more about the subject, I came to see what an amazing subject it truly is. That's why I decided to pursue teaching Biology - to help students learn, understand, and enjoy the subject as I did.
